Hydraulic Platform (MEWP) Demonstrator Training

This two day IPAF Demonstrator training course (typically 8.30am to 4.30pm) for anyone who needs to deliver hand-over demonstrations (basic instruction) of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs). It uses our tried and tested blend of classroom-based theory and hands-on experience. This is NOT an instructor's course

Prequalification

Anyone attending this course must have at least 12 months experience as an operator of MEWPS, and hold a current IPAF Operator qualification or a recognised equivelant.

DAY 1:

• Site Safety
• Machine Theory
• Test Paper

DAY 2:

• Pre-Use Inspection
• Setting Up & Starting
• Travel, Elevation & Emergency Systems
• Service & Inspection Requirements
• Demonstration Assessment

Availability / Location

We can offer a choice of off-site training locations throughout the UK, or, subject to suitable facilities and equipment being available, the training can be conducted on your premises.

Certification

Successful candidates will receive a IPAF Certificate Of Competency, a PAL Demonstrators Card, and an Operator's Safety Guide.
