Safety Harness Training course for MEWP Operators

Course

International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) training course on the safe use of safety harnesses in scissor lifts, telescopic and articulating booms, vertical platforms, van mounted platforms, truck mounted platforms and telehandlers with integrated controls.

Course objectives

To enable delegates who operate MEWPS' to identify and select the correct form of safety harness and lanyard, and be able to inspect, maintain, monitor, fit and use them effectively.

All those in your organisation that uses supervises or manages the use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPS) and needs to be made aware of the correct selection, inspection and use of safety harnesses to prevent falls.
