Push Around Vertical (MEWP) Operator Training

Course
This IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) Operator training course is for anyone who operates the uncomplicated push around low level vertical access platforms such as those used in construction fit-outs, maintenance, and theatres. Launched by IPAF in 2010, PAV is a new MEWP category designed to give rapid and affordable training to users of these relatively uncomplicated machines
GOOD NEWS! - if you already possess an IPAF card in with either 1a or a 3a category you will NOT need to attend this course - at most you will need familiarisation training (available from reputable suppliers) and a record in your log book to enable you to operate these machines.

- SAFE OPERATING METHODS & HAZARDS
- POST-THEORY TEST
- PRACTICAL TRAINING

- LICENCE RENEWAL

Training methods
Lectures, video, printed course material, demonstration, practical use.
Certification
Successful delegates will receive an IPAF Powered Access Licence Operator Card (PAL), an IPAF certificate of competency, a safety guide and an IPAF log book.
Course duration
IPAF PAV Operator training courses are 1/2 day (am or pm).
Availability / Location
We can offer a choice of well-equipped training centres throughout the UK, or, subject to suitable facilities and equipment being available, the training can be conducted on your premises.
